Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Top Pop Collectibles through mytoppop.com, our social channels, live sales, and supported marketplaces, unless a platform-specific rule requires otherwise.

1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within five business days after payment is successfully received, excluding weekends, holidays, preorder delays, high-volume release periods, or force majeure events.

Processing time is separate from transit time.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers of our choosing. Shipping methods available at checkout are estimates only and may change based on package size, destination, insurance, carrier restrictions, or operational needs.

3. Delivery Estimates Are Not Guaranteed

Any shipping or delivery date provided by us is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, customs delays, labor disruptions, service interruptions, peak season congestion, and other events outside our control may affect delivery times.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the order will be handled under our Final Sale / Refund Policy, including deduction of applicable fees and shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

5. Risk of Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by law, title and risk of loss pass to the customer when the order is transferred to the carrier.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once a shipment is in transit.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, retain all packaging materials and contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at info@toppopcollectibles.com with photos of:

  • the damaged item;
  • the shipping box or mailer;
  • internal packing materials; and
  • the shipping label.

If your package appears lost, contact the carrier first, then contact us so we can determine whether a carrier claim, insurance claim, or other next step may be available.

7. International Orders

For international orders:

  • delivery times are estimates only;
  • customs inspections may delay delivery;
  • the customer is responsible for duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, VAT, and any other country-specific charges unless otherwise stated;
  • we are not responsible for customs delays, import refusals, or packages returned due to unpaid import fees.

If an international package is refused, abandoned, or returned, any refund is subject to our Final Sale / Refund Policy and may be reduced by all shipping, customs, duties, carrier, and related fees incurred by us.

8. Preorders

Preorder shipping dates are estimates only. If a manufacturer, distributor, or carrier delays the product, shipping may occur later than expected. We are not liable for preorder delays outside our control.

9. Combined Orders

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may hold the order and ship it together when all items are available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

10. Shipping Errors

If we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at info@toppopcollectibles.com with your order number and photo evidence, and we will review the issue under our Final Sale / Refund Policy.
