Refund policy

At Top Pop Collectibles, due to the nature of collectible merchandise and the risk of tampering, resealing, substitution, and condition abuse, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated below.

1. No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • sealed product;
  • opened product;
  • booster packs, boxes, tins, ETBs, or cases;
  • raw singles;
  • graded cards or slabs;
  • live-sale or livestream purchases;
  • marketplace purchases, except as required by the applicable platform;
  • gift cards;
  • clearance, promotional, or final-sale items;
  • any item described as final sale.

Change-of-mind purchases, buyer’s remorse, grading disappointment, expected value dissatisfaction, packaging preference, or minor manufacturer variances do not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.

2. Condition and Grading Disclosures

Collectibles can have natural manufacturing or packaging variances. We do not guarantee:

  • gem mint outcomes;
  • subgrades;
  • centering results;
  • print quality;
  • sealed product hit rates;
  • pack, box, tin, or case contents beyond the manufacturer’s stated configuration.

Raw cards may contain print lines, surface marks, edge wear, centering variance, or other defects consistent with ungraded inventory. Graded cards are sold based on the assigned third-party grade only.

3. Order Cancellations

If a customer requests cancellation of an order before shipment, we may, in our sole discretion, approve or deny the request.

Any approved customer-requested cancellation is subject to a non-negotiable 10% cancellation fee to cover payment processing, administrative, restocking, and handling costs.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned-to-Sender Shipments

If an order is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, any refund issued is entirely at our discretion and, if issued, will be reduced by all costs and fees incurred by us, including:

  • original shipping charges;
  • return shipping charges;
  • carrier return fees;
  • payment processing fees not returned to us;
  • customs duties;
  • taxes;
  • brokerage charges;
  • cross-border fees; and
  • any other related costs.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is materially damaged in transit, materially defective, or not the item you ordered, you must contact us at info@toppopcollectibles.com within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photos of the item;
  • clear photos of the packaging;
  • clear photos of the shipping label; and
  • any other information we reasonably request.

Failure to report the issue within this timeframe, or failure to provide sufficient documentation, may result in denial of the claim.

If we verify that the item was materially damaged, materially defective, or incorrectly shipped, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • send a replacement, if available;
  • issue store credit;
  • issue a partial refund; or
  • issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to require return of the item before issuing a resolution, and we reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, unsupported, or inconsistent with our records.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delays or delivery issues are generally the responsibility of the carrier, subject to applicable law and any shipping insurance purchased or included.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier first and then contact us. We may assist with a carrier claim where appropriate, but we do not guarantee reimbursement for packages marked delivered.

7. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds, replacements, cancellations, or future orders where we suspect:

  • fraud;
  • tampering;
  • product substitution;
  • return abuse;
  • false damage claims;
  • chargeback abuse; or
  • other bad-faith conduct.
